Two arrested for ‘minting money’ by selling PUBG accounts in Faisalabad


The Cybercrime Wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested two suspects who siphoned off masses of heaps of rupees at the pretext of promoting debts of the famous video game – PUBG.

According to Express News, the FIA arrested the accused in 3 different raids. Two of them were worried in promoting online video game IDs متجر بيع حسابات ببجي while one was accused of blackmailing a lady thru objectionable movies.

The complainant said accused Hasan Shakir and Ameer Hamza, who have been booked underneath the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (Peca), duped him into giving Rs82,0000 for the PUBG account.

In another action, the FIA cybercrime cellular arrested accused Zaheer Babar who changed into allegedly concerned in sharing objectionable pix of the complainant thru social media.

According to the FIA, the accused become additionally blackmailing the complainant. According to the preliminary investigation, objectionable material has been recovered from the mobile telephone of the accused.
